It’s Been Awhile

Hello friends! It has been awhile since my last post! I have not stopped creating, just slowed down in posting! Life just seemed to get in the way. As a family, we have had a lot going on. But I have been in the mood to make Christmas cards and have a few to share.

I chose non traditional colors for these cards but like them both. The pink card uses a technique from the recent online class from J. McGuire and K. Werner. It really didn’t take long to make and I am pleased with the result.  The blue card used a new to me embossing folder that I picked up on clearance from a local box store. Again, I am pleased with the result.  Below are close ups for you.

Blue seems to be my color choice for the season as the following cards indicate. Some products I used may no longer be available, so I won’t go into detailed instructions.  Both were easy and fun to create.
